Blanks for future use always make the winter diet more varied and interesting, tasty and nutritious. Today I suggest you make an assortment of zucchini and cucumbers for the winter - everyone will like the sweet and sour taste of pickled vegetables.
Assorted is a good option for blanks. After all, several types of vegetables can be offered at once to your family and friends. Zucchini and cucumbers are a great duo. The light aroma of garlic and herbs will make the vegetables brighter in taste.
You can store the workpiece in a regular closet in the apartment. Before serving, it is better to chill the assorted vegetables in a jar on the refrigerator shelf.

Ingredients:
Zucchini - 300 g
Cucumbers - 350 g
Dill, parsley - 2 sprigs
Garlic - 1 clove
Water - 600 ml
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. Take a liter jar. You can use two half liter jars. Wash containers thoroughly, sterilize in a convenient way. Boil the lid in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Wash the cucumbers beforehand and immerse them in cold water, leave for several hours. Such a simple manipulation will make them crispy.
Wash the zucchini and cut into large slices.
Place clean herbs and a peeled garlic clove at the bottom of a sterile jar.
Fill the container with cucumbers and zucchini. In the process, shake the jar a couple of times so that the vegetables lay down more densely.
Bring clean water to a boil on the stove. Pour boiling water over cucumbers and zucchini. Leave the vegetables to steam for 15 minutes.
After a while, pour the water into a ladle, boil and return to the jar for 15 minutes. The triple pouring method saves us from additional sterilization.
Then drain the water back into the bucket. Add salt and sugar. Boil the marinade for a couple of minutes, pour in the vinegar and remove from the stove.
Immediately pour the marinade into a jar and immediately seal it tightly. Turn the curl upside down, wrap and leave for a day.
Store the workpiece in the cellar or closet.
Happy seaming!
