In the season of pumpkins, it's time to try a soft, porous and very bright Pumpkin Pancake. It turns out tasty, healthy and low-calorie breakfast for children and adults, as prepared without oil.
Ingredients:
200 g of pumpkin (puree)
2 pcs. chicken eggs
200 g flour
100 g of sugar
30-40 g of butter
200 ml of cow's milk
10 g baking powder
pinch of salt

Preparation:
1) First, prepare mashed: pumpkin cleaned, cut into pieces and baked in an oven (at 180-200 C) until soft.
Let cool a little, and interrupting in a blender.
As a result, should have a uniform 200 g of pumpkin puree.
2) In the meantime, a mixer, beat the sugar with the eggs (if the pumpkin is too sweet, the amount of sugar can be reduced).
Add the egg mass add a pinch of salt, softened butter and pumpkin puree.
Well whisk, pour the milk and pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
Thoroughly whisk until smooth. The dough should be thick, but remain liquid (thicker than pancakes, but not so thick as fritters).
3) Pour batter into a small circle (diameter 8.10 cm) on a dry frying pan coated with non-stick) fry few minutes from each side until the rosy color.
They are prepared quickly, so make sure that the pancakes do not burn, and turn them in time.
