A miniature appetizer of various products strung on skewers - canapes - is convenient for modest feasts, buffets, and noisy parties, and for the beginning of a large-scale event. Today we collect shrimp pyramids. These will become an aperitif before the main serving of dishes, and will also be appropriate for a glass of wine or other drink.

Shrimps - 7 pcs.
Fresh cucumber - 70 g
Processed cheese - 1 pc.
White bread - 140 g
Greens - 10 g

To make shrimp canapes at home, take the foods listed. In fact, you can easily change, introduce your favorite components.
I am giving a universal example. Combine the tail of a shrimp with a slice of dried loaf, a refreshing cucumber and cream cheese. The base is bread (you can use toast, unsweetened biscuits), in the middle we leave a raw vegetable with a cheese cube and finish by placing shrimp on top.
For the sake of the details of the recipe, I will clarify step by step.
Wash a strong cucumber with cold water, wipe it thoroughly and dry with a towel and then chop it into circles of the same thickness: about 3 mm. If replacing, choose daikon, radish, juicy, aromatic and dense root vegetable or vegetable.
We give bread crumb under the base of the canapé. It holds the vertical structure securely.
Remove the crusts. Using a cookie cutter or a suitable glass diameter, another container, we push the mugs. Dry in a hot frying pan or in the oven without a drop of fat - until golden brown. You can brown on one side only, and on the other side, leave the slice soft.
We keep the frozen shrimp in slightly salted boiling water for a minute or two, peel, but do not touch the tip on the tail. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Pepper if necessary.
Cut the cheese briquette into cubes. Here are suitable fused, feta, feta cheese, various semi-solid.
Let's start assembling the snacks. Put two halves of sliced cucumber on the bread circle (you can put a cucumber in one circle or in two semicircles). Next, add a cheese cube, press the shrimp from the side with the tail up. We pierce everything with a skewer vertically and through and through.
Decorate with parsley or other greens.
