Ingredients: chicken fillet, sweet red pepper (fleshy), green beans (frozen), chicken egg, mayonnaise for salad dressing, garlic, vegetable oil, salt
Cooking method:
Boil chicken meat (breast fillet or other part of chicken), cool. Dice or fiber. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool.
Boil the green beans (I have frozen) in highly salted water for 4-5 minutes, drain the water, immerse the beans for 30 seconds in ice water (with ice cubes). This will preserve the bright green color of the beans. Throw the beans in a colander, let the water drain out, every last drop.
Cut the sweet bell pepper into cubes. It is important that the pepper is bright, juicy, fleshy. It is he who makes the salad exquisite and incredibly tasty!
Chop the garlic. Fry the peppers in vegetable oil until soft with garlic for 2 minutes. Add garlic. Transfer the pepper and garlic to a plate to cool.
Combine beans and chicken pieces in a bowl. Add diced eggs and chilled peppers and garlic. Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste.
