The Meat Hammer can now be thrown away. I found another way, thanks to which the meat is very juicy, tender and tasty. I tell you how I do it.

So, I say right away: my method is suitable for absolutely any meat. Chicken, beef, pork and turkey will be delicious. The main thing is to do everything according to the rules and in order. Therefore, be sure to read the article to the end so as not to miss anything.

Cut the meat into layers, like into chops. Usually, immediately after that, everyone begins to beat the fillets with a hammer. And I do it differently.

We take a sharp knife and make small cuts across the entire surface of the meat. The incisions are not deep, only 2-4 mm, depending on the thickness of the piece. And we cut so that the notches on the meat intersect.

Then turn the fillet over and do the same on the other side. After that, rub the meat with salt and spices, or send it to marinate (depending on what kind of dish you are going to cook).

Due to the multiple cuts in the meat, it is better saturated with salt and spice / marinade aromas, which means it tastes much better. Moreover, the meat is very juicy and tasty.

Of course, this method is not always suitable for everyone. For example, if we talk specifically about chicken breast, then it's still better to use a hammer to beat off. This is for my taste. And I cook other parts of the chicken using incisions.
