Today we got up very early to go and check for mushrooms. Although they doubted that we would find it. It's cold here, after all.

And so it happened. We arrived, walked through the forest and did not even find toadstools. There are no mushrooms.

It's good that the forest is nearby, you can always check to see how you are doing πŸ˜‚

After a short morning walk in the woods, I wanted to have breakfast as soon as possible, because I just drank water before leaving the house.

For breakfast, two boiled eggs and two thin rye bread (10 g) with curd cheese (25 g) and lightly salted trout (55 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 405 kcal.

On the weekend we plan to sit in nature for a while, but we don't want to bother ourselves with preparing the marinade for barbecue so much that we decided to just buy proven kebabs and chicken sausages.

In fact, somehow I got tired. Our mini vacation is quite active, but I also have to work. And at the same time, I do not want to invent something new and cook in addition. And when there is no mood for cooking and no ideas, at least that's how I have it. I want to take a break.

Although, why should I rest when, in the opinion of some, I only cook for myself all day long and eat them. They read and worry about me, because I only write about food, I don't think about anything else, a narrow-minded, uneducated, lazy person who does not leave the house is my image in the eyes of someπŸ˜‚.

It's strange, it turns out people are reading about food on the channel about weight loss and food ΠΈ.

We also bought a watermelon today, and not just a watermelon, but a watermelon, I would say. We only sell giants near our house. But how delicious it turned out to be - this is the sweetest watermelon this year.

I ate 800 g with pleasure 200 kcal. And let the carbohydrates go off scale - watermelons once a year.

I ate a watermelon and went to work at the computer.

Yesterday I cooked everything in the evening - today I will only warm it up.

For lunch, I have a turkey thigh casserole with zucchini and macaroni and cheese.

300 g casserole - 335 kcal.

After lunch, I took tea with me, 1 fruit candy - 50 kcal and went back to the computer.

For dinner, I had a turkey thigh fillet fried in a non-stick pan without oil in spices (140 g) and I absolutely did not want to cook anything for it.

I wanted to chop a vegetable salad, even put everything on the calorie counter, but when I thought about cold vegetables - brrr (and I’m freezing with this weather all day). In general, the salad disappeared and I remembered about the beet cutlets, which I was recently treated to (frozen semi-finished product). So I fried them - without oil in a non-stick frying pan (150 g) and added 30 g of yogurt to the cutlets.

Dinner 435 kcal.

In total, 1425 kcal were obtained in a day. B96, Zh58, U118.

By the way, the other day on social networks, a lady swore at me. She says that she signed up for a group about proper nutrition in order to lose weight, and then I fry something. When it is fried, it’s not PP anymore, she told me! Clear?

I never cease to be amazed at what is in people's heads. The magic letters PP - automatically become synonymous with weight loss for many.

I'm losing weight, I'm on the PP - they say, not realizing that even after switching to the so-called "proper nutrition" (the concept of which, moreover, everyone has their own), they can also continue to gain weight as not on the PP.

In the best case, the first time the weight will go away a little, only because they begin to fanatically exclude all foods from the diet and the diet becomes scarce. Many people on the so-called PP start eating less than before and it seems that here it is - the PP has worked!

But then it starts - "I'm on the PP, but I'm not losing weight, something is wrong with me." I often read that.

Of course not, because there is no elementary understanding of how the process of losing weight occurs.

Firstly, proper nutrition is just food, ensuring the growth, normal development and vital activity of a person, contributing to the strengthening of his health and the prevention of diseases.

You can eat super healthy, environmentally-friendly, non-additive, sterile-grown foods. Your food can be of the highest quality ever.

But! If you will be these products overeat, eating above the calorie norm that is necessary only for you - there can be no talk of any weight loss "on the PP". You will get better.
