Delicate cod liver is a high-calorie delicacy that is tasty and valuable on its own. But if you need versatile snacks, I recommend making stuffed eggs. Many a favorite dish is appropriate for any feast, as well as a daily diet.

Cod liver - 1 p.
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp l.
Cucumber - 1 pc.

For cod liver stuffed eggs, use the food listed. Boil and cool hard-boiled eggs in advance, carefully remove the shell, preserving the integrity of the protein.
Usually, fried onions, mushrooms, boiled chicken breast or other meat and vegetables are added to the filling. All this requires additional time (for frying and cooking). In our version, everything is simple. Only eggs are boiled. Everything else is already usable.
If you want to add any fried ingredients, remember that the fish delicacy is a high-calorie product, it contains a lot of fat and, in addition, the cod liver has a subtle aroma that is easy to overpower with more intense smells. Leave the product with its natural taste.
So, after cooling, hard-boiled eggs are cleaned, cut lengthwise and in half. We take out the yolks and transfer them to a container convenient for preparing the filling.
Add pieces of cod liver to the egg yolks. Leave the oil containing the delicacy in the jar. You can add a little mayonnaise to the filling (optional). Salt, add ground black pepper. Grind all the components and mix.
The filling for stuffed eggs can be either smooth, homogeneous, or textured, granular. Be arbitrary.
In equal portions, spread the mixture over the grooves in the proteins - a slide. For freshness and better taste, additionally decorate with thin cucumber slices and parsley leaves (other herbs).
