Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream

Preparation:
First you need to peel the potatoes and put it to boil. In the meantime, you can prepare the dough.
Three cups of flour sift, saturate it with oxygen.
Pour into flour warm water and pour dry yeast.
Leave the dough for ten minutes.
Then add to the batter cup sour cream, one and a half teaspoons of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Adding the remaining flour, knead the dough.
It should have a sufficiently thick.
Cover the dough is dry with a clean towel and put in a warm climb.
In the meantime, you can prepare the stuffing.
To do this, make mashed potatoes.
Fry one bulb in the oil.
Stir everything together and add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Ready to divide the dough into balls.
Crush each ball into a cake, put in the middle of a filling, combine the edge and flatten patty.
Patty should turn one centimeter thick.
Fry patties in vegetable oil at moderate heat.
Sprinkle the finished patties of chopped garlic and chopped green chalk. You can bring to the table.
