Low fat yogurt
Through advertising, we know that yogurt is a healthy and nutritious product, and in most cases this is true, because natural yogurt is really healthy. But those that are sold in the store, to a greater extent, do not belong to them.
This is especially true for products on the packaging of which it is written that it is fat-free.
The fact is that they contain sugar - the manufacturer adds it for flavor, which is usually obtained from healthy vegetable fats. That is, at first there was healthy and tasty fat in the product, then it was removed, replaced by sugar.
Also, in modern yoghurts, despite the assurances of manufacturers, there are no probiotics - the pasteurization process leads to the death of beneficial microorganisms.
Ice cream
In the past, it was made from proteins, cream, natural sweeteners like maple syrup and vanilla. Indeed, it was a healthy dessert. But modern ice cream has nothing to do with it.
The product is composed of artificial ingredients. Instead of milk - heroized fats, for example, palm or coconut oil. By themselves, they are useful, but after heating and thickening, only trans fats remain.
They lead to high cholesterol, heart disease, cancer.
Sugar free sweets
This seems like a great solution for those with a sweet tooth, but are they really that useful, because even if there are no sugar, then they contain artificial sweeteners that can cause allergies and headaches.
In addition, they are still high in fats, calories and carbohydrates that are not good for our body.
Eggs
You may ask why, because eggs contain a lot of protein, minerals, antioxidants. But let's face it, this is really a harmful product, because one egg contains as much cholesterol as a large fatty burger.
And although this fat is considered dietary, it raises the level of total blood cholesterol by at least 10%, which can lead to serious heart disease and blockage of blood vessels.
In addition, according to the findings of a 20-year study of scientists from Harvard, which involved 20,000 doctors, those who ate 1 egg daily had a much higher risk of death.
If you cannot refuse this product, buy homemade eggs.
Diet soda
And although it contains 140 Kcal less than usual, there is a difference between the drinks.
First of all, these are artificial sweeteners. They are much sweeter than sugar, their regular use will lead to changes in taste buds - in the future, natural food will seem bland and tasteless to you. Another danger is that sweeteners trigger the release of insulin, leading to rapid weight gain.
One can of this drink increases the risk of developing diabetes by 36%.
