I take young, small zucchini (so that there are no hard seeds inside, and you don't need to peel off the peel). Now is the season just like that!
With an ordinary vegetable peeler, I cut the zucchini into strips. It turns out thin and looks very nice in the end.
I cut a small bunch of dill and transfer it to another plate (we will make a delicious dressing).
On a fine grater I rub a couple of garlic cloves. I add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey (can be replaced with sugar), a mixture of peppers, vegetable oil and mix everything.
I fill this dressing with zucchini.
To add aroma and piquancy, I add fried sesame seeds.
