During the day, green tea, I ate 30 grams of dried mango - 80 kcal.

For lunch I had a pea soup I cooked yesterday.

Plate pea soup for lunch (420 g) and 50 g of chicken meat reached the tibia 320 kcal.

On Friday I finished my work points up to 15 hours of the day and went on to cook stuffed cabbage dinner, but not the usual - without rice and other cereals, but no less tasty and low-calorie.

Dinner - 2 Golubets roasted chicken breast and mushrooms (320 g) and 50 g of cherry tomatoes.
