If you are planning a meeting with friends at home or in nature, you must definitely make such a preparation in advance.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tbsp. l. table vinegar
onion
head of garlic
hot pepper pod or 0.5 tsp. l. ground chili
1 tbsp. l. ground paprika
50 ml vegetable oil
salt
How to cook:
1. Rinse the wings and cut off the wing tips - you won't need them. 2. Cut the wings in half at the joint in two, salt to taste.
3. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
4. For the marinade: mix the vinegar, vegetable oil, onion in half rings, grated garlic, chopped hot peppers or ground chili, and add paprika.
5. Pour the marinade over the wings, stir. Cover with a plate and refrigerate for 3 hours or even overnight.
6. Put the well-marinated wings together with the marinade on a baking sheet in one layer.
7. Bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until crisp and bright.
