Minced meat with vegetables: chopped, seasoned, rolled into balls, in the oven

More and more often lately, one does not want to waste too much time at the stove, preparing lunches or dinners for the family. If you have noticed the same problem, then this recipe is for you. Preparing dinner is very simple. You just need to cut the vegetables, season them, roll the minced meat balls and put everything in a baking sheet, and the oven itself will prepare you a delicious, high-calorie and hearty dish that will please everyone household members.

Ingredients:

Minced meat - 400 g

Potatoes - 3 pcs.

Eggplant - 200 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onion - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

Tomato - 1 pc.

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Fat sour cream - 150 g

Water - 70 g

Large egg - 1 pc.

How to cook:

Prepare all the food you need to prepare the meal. Peel the onions, carrots, garlic and potatoes. Wash them along with the rest of the vegetables under running water.

Peel the bell peppers from the stalk and seeds. Cut it into large chunks. Do the same with potatoes and carrots. Place everything in a deep bowl.

Cut off the tail of the eggplant. Also chop it coarsely, tomato and onion. Transfer everything to a bowl, add chopped garlic. Season vegetables with salt and pepper to taste, mix.

Transfer the minced meat to a convenient container, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.

Transfer vegetables to a baking dish.

Form small balls of minced meat, place on top of vegetables. Season with a little more salt and pepper.

Slightly dilute the fat sour cream with water. Beat in an egg. Stir the filling until smooth, add a little salt and pepper.

Using a spoon, pour in the filling evenly so that all the ingredients are watered with it. Cover the dish with vegetables and minced meat with foil, send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.

10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil and place the dish under the grill to get a beautiful golden brown crust.
