A very easy-to-prepare dish often turns out to be incredibly tasty, such that all guests and family literally require additional. Today I offer you just such an option - potatoes in sour cream in the oven.

You can cook both young and late potatoes, with the first course it comes out, in my opinion, tastier. In addition to the tubers and sour cream themselves, you need to add garlic and a little greens, well, and where without this creamy ruddy cheese crust - choose the most delicious cheese.

Such potatoes can be served simply with herbs and homemade pickles, fresh vegetables, and can also be supplemented with separately baked meat or fish - as you like.

Ingredients:

Young potatoes - 300 g

Sour cream - 1 glass

Garlic - 3 cloves

Salt, pepper - to taste

Hard cheese - 80 g

Parsley - 4 sprigs

Description of the cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. You can take sour cream with any percentage of fat, I had 21%.

2. If young potato tubers are used, it is enough to simply wash and dry them, then cut them into circles or cubes. Late root vegetables must be peeled, then washed and wiped dry, cut into thinner plates than young potatoes.

3. Fold the potato plates into a deep bowl, add a portion of sour cream right away.

4. Rinse and dry sprigs of fresh fragrant parsley, finely chop. You can take any greens you like, aromatic dill or a little basil will fit well here. Disassemble the garlic, take 2-3 large prongs, remove the husk and rinse, skip on the press or finely and finely chop. Add garlic and parsley to a bowl with potatoes.

5. Then send salt and ground pepper, if desired, flavor the ingredients with a number of your favorite spices and herbs.

6. Mix everything well, sour cream should be enough, if it seems to you that the potatoes are dry, add a little more.

7. Grease the oven dish with a brush - the layer should be very thin. Transfer the potatoes with sour cream to it. At this point, preheat the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees.

8. Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater, then cover the entire mold with cheese chips. Send to the oven, bake for about 30 minutes - it all depends on the variety of your potatoes.

9. Serve the finished dish to the table.
