Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 39 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

However, I am glad that ended Saturday, went away, and you can safely breathe.

So, I tell how it was actually.

Breakfast started with my omelet of two eggs, a loaf of rye (5 grams) and fish paste (25 g).

Green tea and capsule of omega -3 after breakfast - mandatory).

All went to breakfast 280 kcal.

Cleaning and preparing for the reception of guests (we celebrated the housewarming party!) I think a lot of calories burnt that day, and the previous, too).

Unfortunately it failed to take a picture of a plate of food, because there was no time, and there was no separate plates. I also chitmil and I allow myself to whatever I want. According to the results, I ate a tablespoon of salad spoon "ala Obzhorka" In my recipe, I really tucked his mayonnaise. There was also a piece of grilled meat about 100 grams, a few pieces of red fish - 70 grams and a slice of whole-wheat bread 30 grams. And the rest of the time I chewed vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers. And yes, I forgot! For the first time in nearly a year, I drank a glass of wine!

I roughly counted (not sustained) how many calories left for lunch and happened again - about - 820 kcal.

A terrible thing, like and did not eat anything, but here is a way of cooking, and certain products are doing their job and catching us calories.

Now I understand why many people, including myself before, they say - I almost did not eat anything, but somehow not losing weight, and even better. I'm here in the afternoon, too I ate almost nothing, but as many as 820 calories counted in the end!

Well, at the end of the day my inner stopper told me to drink a glass of kefir, and go to sleep).
