Many people know the taste of such a cake. During the 80s, when there was almost nothing on the shelves, “Potato” was very popular.
You can cook from breadcrumbs or cookies. But one of the most delicious options is the "Potato" from the biscuit. The process of cooking such a delicacy is accessible even to a child. The main thing is to have a ready-made biscuit available.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 120 gr.
- Flour - 100 gr.
- Cocoa - 50 gr.
- Milk - 100 ml.
- Butter - 50 gr.
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Soda - a pinch
- Chocolate - optional
Step by step recipe:
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Sift flour with baking soda and vanilla through a sieve. Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand to soften.
The first step is to bake a biscuit. To do this, combine eggs with sugar in a beating bowl. Beat them into a fluffy mass using the highest mixer speed.
Then, manually, using a whisk, stir in the flour mixture into the eggs. Stir the dough gently so that its splendor does not settle.
Pour the finished dough into a baking dish (18-20 cm). Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Check the readiness of the baking with a skewer. Pierce - if it is dry, then the biscuit is ready.
Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and remove from the mold. Cool it completely. For quick cooling, you can send it to the refrigerator.
Break the cooled biscuit into pieces.
Use a stationary blender to grind them into crumbs.
Add soft butter.
Pour in cocoa and add milk little by little.
Use your hands to knead the cake dough into a homogeneous mass.
Blind oval blanks of about the same size. Place each brownie in a paper capsule.
And you can decorate it in different ways: chocolate, cream, cocoa or nuts. It is even possible to leave it completely without decoration. In this recipe, the cakes are decorated with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
