Most flavonoids are found in:

  • cranberries;
  • oranges;

Anyone who smokes or drinks alcohol is advised to consume at least 500 mg of flavonoids per day.

For example, to replenish this amount, it is enough to drink a cup of green tea with one with a slice of lemon, eat 150 g of broccoli.

How not to harm the figure while getting rid of bad habits?

Many people believe that when you quit smoking, you immediately gain excess weight. This is partly true, as people who have cravings for nicotine try to eat something tasty on it. It's enough just to change your diet so as not to get fat.

It is recommended to add the following to your diet:

  • Ginger. It contains a lot of vitamins, useful macronutrients, in addition, it helps to lose weight by “burning” fats.
  • bitter chocolate. It is a natural antidepressant that will make cravings easier for you. And due to the high content of cocoa in the composition, you will not be able to eat a lot of it, which means you will not get fat.
