A tasty, healthy and nutritious dish is obtained from pink salmon stewed with vegetables. This is a beloved two-in-one formula! After all, we immediately get the main course and a juicy side dish. The fish is stewed in its own juice with the addition of healthy juices of all vegetables that make up the composition. It turns out unusually tasty, bright and appetizing!
Ingredients:
- Pink salmon fillet - 500 g
- Carrots - 60 g
- Onions - 60 g
- Zucchini - 100 g
- Celery stalk - 50 g
- Tomato - 80 g
- Sunflower oil - 60 g
- Salt - 10 g
- Flour - 20 g
- Ground black pepper - 2 g
- Lemon juice - 10 ml
- Cumin (seeds) - 3 g
- Dry vegetable seasoning - 5 g
Prepare food.
Cut the vegetables into slices so that you get approximately the same cooking time - for example, the zucchini is larger, since it is from the list the fastest to cook, respectively, carrots are thinner, due to a long period cooking.
Wash the pink salmon fillet, blot with a napkin, cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
Breaded fish chunks in flour.
Heat a skillet with butter and place the pink salmon skin side down. Fry lightly.
Turn over and brown the other side slightly.
Transfer the fish to a stewing pot.
Fry vegetables in the same skillet. First - carrots, onions and celery.
Then add the courgette.
Pepper and add cumin seeds. Stir.
Add the tomato cut into small cubes last. Simmer vegetables for 5 minutes.
After a while, add them to the fish pan.
Simmer everything under the lid until tender, about 10 minutes, so that the vegetables do not lose their shape and some texture. You can add any seasonings 5 minutes before the end.
Serve the fish in portions along with the vegetable garnish.
