Cooking method:
Pour the buckwheat into a saucepan and rinse it several times, then fill the buckwheat with water, a little higher than the cereal. We put on a big fire. After boiling, we reduce the gas and salt the buckwheat. Cook buckwheat until all the water evaporates.
We wash the meat, cut into small pieces. We spread the meat in a slow cooker, add 200 ml. water and set the "extinguishing" program for 50 min.
While the meat is stewing, we cook the vegetables. We clean carrots, bell peppers, onions and green beans from the tails. All vegetables and herbs are mine. Leave the beans whole, cut the onion into half rings, the bell pepper into strips and finely chop the greens.
