Today we will prepare sweet zucchini pancakes - appetizing, tender, airy, they will suit all family members. As a complement to breakfast, this is a simple and delicious option. Cooking such pancakes is quite easy, after 20 minutes they can already be served.

You can use regular sugar instead of vanilla sugar. It is permissible to add aromatic herbs, a little of your favorite spices. Zucchini pancakes can be made with dried fruits, with the addition of cottage cheese - in a word, experiment constantly.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
