Today I want to offer you to prepare a healthy and delicious snack, lunch or even breakfast / dinner. There are many recipes for such rolls, and perhaps you have your favorite, but you should never stop, always experiment and have fun with new combinations.
Lavash in my version - with tomato and herbs. In addition to herbs and vegetables, fish, I suggest adding tomato garlic sauce. It fits perfectly here to taste. You can take white garlic sauce or make your own by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic - as an option.
Lavash roll with red fish will perfectly complement a cup of aromatic coffee.
Ingredients:
- Armenian thin lavash - 70 g
- Salmon s / s - 70 g
- Salad mix - 20 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Fresh cucumbers - 30 g
- Chicken egg - 0.5 pcs.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Description:
Prepare food. Take any lavash that is in the store, it is possible with spices, herbs, spinach, etc.
Spread pita bread on the work surface, then lay out the salad mix.
Cut the salmon into medium-sized pieces, put on top of the greens.
Then cut the cucumber into half rings, spread over the fish. Add the chicken egg, cut into wedges.
Rinse cherry, dry, cut into 4 parts. Place the tomatoes over the cucumbers.
Pour all the ingredients with tomato sauce, or your favorite.
Roll up the pita bread and serve immediately.
It turns out very tasty, juicy and appetizing!
