Tiger prawn salad with arugula is a very tasty, exquisite dish that can be prepared for a family celebration. It can be safely served for a romantic dinner, your half will be delighted not only by its taste and appearance, but also by your culinary skills. You just have to chill dry white wine or champagne.
Ingredients:
Tiger shrimps - 200 g
Brie cheese - 100 g
Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Leaf salad - 1 pc.
Arugula - bunch
Parmesan - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare all the food you need to prepare the salad. Defrost the shrimps, wash the vegetables and grass, dry with paper towels. Put the chicken egg to boil, after boiling, cook it for 7-8 minutes (so the yolk will be cooked correctly, without the blue rim), cool in cold water, peel.
2. For shrimps, separate the heads from the tails. Hide the first in the freezer, you can make a sauce or broth for fish soup from them, and clean the second of the shell, leave the tail for beauty. Remember to remove the intestines. Salt and pepper the tails.
3. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, fry the shrimp tails on it for 1.5 minutes on each side until a beautiful golden brown crust.
4. Put lettuce leaves on a dish, you can tear them a little with your hands. Sprinkle arugula leaves on top.
5. Next, lay out the cherry tomatoes cut into halves or quarters and a boiled chicken egg.
6. Lay out the last of the shrimp tails (they should have cooled down already), slices of soft brie cheese. Pour over the salad with lemon juice dressing and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Place a couple more arugula sprigs on top and serve.
7. Or, cut the brie into small pieces and arrange them nicely on a platter. An incredibly delicious and beautiful shrimp salad with arugula is ready.
