Many people are familiar with sweets such as truffles. And they got their name thanks to the mushrooms of the same name, as they are very similar in appearance.
For quite a long time such sweets were considered worthy only of the royal table. But in our time, cooking them at home will not be difficult. For a change, we will prepare two types of sweets at once: just chocolate and with the addition of ground almonds.

Ingredients:
- Bitter chocolate - 200 gr.
- Cream 33% - 200 gr.
- Chopped almonds - 50 gr.
- Cocoa - 30 gr.
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Pour the chopped almonds into a hot pan and fry for a few minutes, until a characteristic odor appears. Stir constantly when frying so that the nuts do not burn. Then transfer them to a plate to cool.
Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Put the cream on fire and bring to a boil. But don't boil.
Pour hot cream over the chocolate and stir to melt.
You should get a homogeneous chocolate mass.
Transfer half of this mass to a separate bowl. Add roasted almonds to one part, and leave the other just chocolate.
Stir the nuts into the chocolate to distribute them evenly. Then cover both bowls with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours. During this time, both masses will completely solidify.
From the frozen masses, pick up a little with a spoon and roll the balls. To roll, lubricate your hands with vegetable oil or wear rubber disposable gloves.
Roll the finished chocolate balls in cocoa.
Put the truffles in special paper candy tins.
To avoid confusion, put nutty and plain chocolate in different packaging. Then put the candies in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After a while, they can be served on the table.

Each type of truffle will find its admirer. Roasted almonds make the candy aromatic. You can also add walnuts or whole hazelnuts to the filling.
Ready-made chocolate truffles have a short shelf life, only 4-5 days if refrigerated.
