Today's yeast dough recipe is perfect for making pizza or baguettes. It turns out to be liquid and sticky, but this is the secret of airy and spongy baking.

Ingredients:

Water - 480 ml

Yeast - 7 grams

Flour - 680 grams

Salt - 10 grams

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Honey - 2 tablespoons

Course of action:

1. Prepare the above products. Sift flour beforehand. It is better to take liquid honey. If it is thick, melt in a water bath.

2. Pour prepared flour into a bowl.

3. Dissolve honey, salt and yeast completely in warm water.

4. Make a small depression in the flour and pour in the yeast mixture.

5. Gently start kneading the dough. Pour in olive oil and continue kneading. Since the dough is quite sticky, grease your hands with vegetable oil for ease of handling.

6. Fold the edges on all sides towards the center in the form of an envelope and place the dough in a bowl lightly greased with vegetable oil.

7. Cover the container with cling film and leave for an hour. After the first 20 minutes, take out the dough, spread it out a little with your hands (do not crush it too much), fold it back in an envelope and send it back to the bowl. The procedure is repeated three times, every 20 minutes.

8. After the last folding, cover the container tightly with foil and refrigerate. The dough rises a lot, so it's best to use a bowl of the appropriate size.

After standing overnight in the refrigerator, the next morning the dough is ready for use. It is literally permeated with air bubbles, therefore, when molding products, it is undesirable to roll and stretch it intensively.

Yeast dough without milk and eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
