For true meat eaters, the more meat in the filling, the better. If your guests are not inclined to vegetarianism and asceticism in the diet, bake stuffed with pork and rice pepper halves in the oven: for three parts of minced meat, take no more than one part of rice cereals.

Ingredients:

Sweet peppers - 2 pcs.

Pork - 400 g

Rice - 100 g

Garlic - 2 teeth

Satsebeli sauce - 40 g

Meat broth - 300 ml

Greens (onion, parsley, dill) - 30 g

Salt to taste

For baked paprika stuffed with meat, take the food listed. Pre-boil white rice and cool. Also suitable one that is steamed in a pot in an oven. Rice is often replaced with bulgur, various types of wheat and buckwheat.

Meat can be anything, but pork is juicier. If desired, use a mix of poultry, beef, pork pulp.

First, cut the pure pork pulp into small cubes and pass through a meat grinder or chop in a chopper with a "knife" attachment. If you are sure of the quality of the store minced meat, cook with the purchased one.

Then add two garlic cloves (do not forget to remove the husk) and about half a bunch of fresh herbs, which must include onion feathers. Lacking green onions, throw in a quarter of the onion. We start the machine again and grind until viscous minced meat.

Add the already edible rice to the minced pork with herbs and garlic (feel free to dispose of the leftover untouched garnish) and a portion of the rich tomato-based sauce. Satsebeli contains spicy herbs, hot chili peppers, garlic - with it the filling will become more aromatic and tasty. Mix thoroughly.

Cut large sweet peppers in half lengthwise, clean the middle: remove seeds, soft partitions. We ram and fill with minced meat to the maximum.

We transfer the blanks into a spacious heat-resistant mold, placing the filling up. Fill with concentrated broth (or boiling and seasoned water). It is enough to cover the pepper halves by three quarters. We put in a pre-heated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.

Serve hot peppers stuffed with meat to the table, decorating with fresh herbs, sour cream or heavy cream.
