A quick and tasty dinner: baked meat with vegetables

Recipe from the series "cut everything and put it in the oven." It is prepared without unnecessary movements and any vegetables will do.

Ingredients:

500 gr. pork pulp with fat (you can use chicken, beef or lamb)
4-5 medium tomatoes
2 large eggplants
1 medium zucchini
3 potatoes (large)
2 bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
salt
ground black pepper
a pinch of red hot pepper
a mixture of spices or herbs as desired
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Cut the meat into cubes or pieces. Season each bite with salt and pepper.

Any meat that is available will do. It can also be pre-fried to a beautiful crust.

2. Prepare and wash all vegetables, which need to be peeled and cut into identical cubes. It is very important!

Pass the garlic through a press. If there is greens, then chop them as well.

3. Mix vegetables and garlic, salt and season with hot pepper. Add herbs or seasoning mixture.

4. In a deep baking sheet, sprinkle 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

5. Put most of the vegetables in a baking sheet, top the pieces of meat and cover with all the remaining vegetables.

6. Put the mold in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 1.5 hours.

Serve the finished dish hot, right in the mold.
It turns out to be a very juicy, aromatic, and absolutely not heavy dish.
