When creating mouth-watering snacks for a festive table, do not forget about New Year's bruschetta with mushrooms. Not a single guest will refuse such sandwiches - they are juicy, tasty and fragrant. You can cook with different types of mushrooms: forest or shop. But the most usual thing is to make this appetizer with oyster mushrooms or mushrooms, since they are always available in any of the stores or supermarkets, in the market. When purchasing mushrooms, remember that they lose about 40-50% of their mass during heat treatment, so they may need twice as much, especially if you are preparing bruschetta for a huge company.
Buy rye / black bread, a baguette as a base, and farm sour cream or cream for a layer. Do not forget about fresh herbs - they will favorably emphasize the taste of the appetizer and set off the ruddy pieces of toasted mushrooms.
Ingredients:
Rye baguette - 0.5 pcs.
Champignons - 300 g
Sour cream 30% - 40 ml
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Dill - 0.5 bunch
Salt and pepper to taste
Leaf salad - 2 pcs.
How to cook:
Prepare the food you need.
Bruschetta - small portioned sandwiches based on toasted or toasted pieces of bread. Therefore, the first step is to cut the baguette diagonally down the middle and cut into attractive slices. Dry them for a few minutes on both sides in a pan and be sure to let cool, otherwise sour cream will flow from the hot bruschettas!
During this time, rinse each mushroom under running water, carefully rinsing off any dirt. Cut into slices at least 0.5 cm wide - remember that mushrooms are fried twice!
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil poured onto it and lay out the mushroom slices. Fry on one side until golden brown.
Then turn over to the other side and also fry until golden brown. Place the toasted champignon slices on a plate with paper napkins to absorb the excess fat.
At this time, brush the cooled bruschetta with thick farm sour cream or cream.
Rinse the lettuce, pat dry with a paper towel and place on a serving dish. Place the greased bruschetta on top and sprinkle them on one edge with chopped greens, previously washed and dried.
Put the fried mushroom slices on the other side of the snack. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
Decorate to your liking when serving on the party table.
