Chicken liver pancakes with semolina are prepared quite simply and with affordable products. Semolina contributes to the fact that the inside of the pancakes are soft and tender, and the outside is slightly crunchy. Many people will like this dish. I recommend trying it!
Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 0.5 kg.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Semolina - 4 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 70 ml.
Step by step recipe:
To prepare chicken liver pancakes with semolina, prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. When choosing an offal, pay attention to its color. The liver should not be too dark or have any spots.
Wash the chicken liver thoroughly under running water, dry it and remove all kinds of veins. Peel the onions and mince them together with the offal.
Add salt, semolina and chicken egg.
Stir well and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature. During this time, the semolina should swell well and make the liver dough denser.
Put a frying pan with vegetable oil on fire and heat well. With a tablespoon, lay out a part of the dough, forming small round or oval pieces.
Fry the pancakes over medium heat until the color changes. A couple of minutes on each side should be sufficient. Then transfer them to a bowl lined with paper napkins and blot slightly with excess oil.
Delicious, appetizing chicken liver pancakes with semolina are ready.
