The secret to delicious dumplings is in good dough. I am telling you how I make dumplings with milk. As a result, the dumplings are very soft, tender - just delicious!
Ingredients:
flour
milk
eggs
water
vegetable oil
salt
By the way, on this dough you can make not only dumplings, but also cook manti or dumplings, it will turn out very tasty! I recommend trying :))))
So, we need half a glass of milk. We heat it slightly so that it is not cold, but slightly warm. Add 100 ml of room temperature water, drive in one egg, salt to taste. I usually add about 1 teaspoon of salt. Beat the mass with a whisk until smooth.
Then add flour, about 500-550 grams, mix a little and add 80-100 ml vegetable oil. The butter will make the dough more elastic, it will be easier to knead and then roll out.
Knead the dough, cover it with a napkin / towel and leave it for 20-30 minutes to "rest". And then we make dumplings as usual.
For the filling, I usually use mixed minced meat: pork + beef. I also put finely chopped onions, salt and spices in the minced meat.
Dumplings are cooked from this dough as usual - 7-10 minutes. All that remains is to sprinkle them with herbs, add sour cream or any other sauce and you can serve them to the table. Bon appetit, friends!
