Hello honest people. In the cold winter season, you especially want bright colors, fresh food, vitamins and sun. You can, of course, buy tickets and go to a warmer place for a week. And if this option is not available, you can get by with the Greek salad, eat it and think about the sea :)
Ingredients:
Cucumber -1
Sweet pepper - 2
Cherry tomatoes - 200g
Red onion - 1
Olives or olives - 150g
Capers - 1 tbsp.
Feta - 150g
Salt, black pepper
Wine vinegar - 2 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Parsley
How to cook:
Prepare food.
I like to soak vegetables and herbs in cold water for a short time to refresh.
Peel the cucumber and cut into large cubes or diagonally.
Cut the red onion into thin feathers lengthwise. Pour cold water into a bowl, add 1 tsp. wine or apple cider vinegar and soak the onion slices in it for 5 minutes.
Cut sweet peppers into strips or cubes.
Cut the cherry into 4 pieces, and if very small, then in half.
In a salad bowl, combine cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and squeezed onions. Sprinkle with vinegar, drizzle with half the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Already on a plate (or optionally in a bowl) add capers, crushed or halved olives / olives, diced or torn feta by hand.
Sprinkle with black pepper, parsley and the remaining oil on top.

Classic Greek salad is an affordable way to color the cold season with high quality and non-nutritious. And in the summer such a thing is a godsend for me personally. It is light, fast, positive and bright - everything, in general, as I like it.
In an amicable way, it would be nice to add fresh green basil and oregano to such a salad. But this time I had a tension with them. Therefore, parsley, people))
