Lush apple pie with lean yeast dough: although the filling can be anything

Today I am making a very soft, delicate pie with apples. I knead the yeast dough for making this pie in water, without adding eggs and baking. And for the blush of the pie I do not use yolk at all. And maybe someone will like the design of the cake.

Cooking ingredients:

For the test:
Water - 250 ml
Pressed yeast - 12 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp l. (no slide)
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Flour - 400 g
For the filling (I used a 0.7 can of ready-made apple pie filling):
Apples
Sugar
You can also add raisins, walnuts

I make the dough for this cake in a safe way, but in any case, the yeast must be dissolved in warm water, along with sugar and salt.

Next, we sift the entire volume of flour into a bowl at once - I have made such a dough more than once, so I am sure of the proportions. Knead soft and even a little sticky dough, but more flour

not worth adding! After proofing, it will be as it should. At the very end of the batch, pour in the vegetable oil, knead it again, and put it in a warm place on the "rise".

Let's move on to preparing the filling - in my case, this is a ready-made apple filling for pies. That is, in the fall I twist cans of chopped apples, and in winter I bake pies.

But, you can just take fresh apples, also cut them into small pieces, mix with sugar, and that's it... You can also add raisins, chopped walnuts, cinnamon - it's all at your discretion.

It took 40 minutes, my dough rose well, we move on to further actions.

We spread the dough from a bowl on the work surface of the table, lightly sprinkled with flour, and dough the dough a little in flour - without kneading it! Cut off 1/3 of the part, and leave it to the side.

Now we select a form for baking a cake - mine is round, with a diameter of 30 cm. We roll out a larger piece of dough in a round layer, so that it is more shape - and even so that the sides are slightly hanging.

Then we lay the filling, and bend the hanging sides inward.

The remaining small piece of text is also rolled out, like the first piece, and using a circular cut or with a glass we cut out round juices - do more, what remains can be collected back in lump.

We cut each circle in half and make notches along the edges with a knife - we get leaves!

Put the prepared leaves along the edge of the pie.

From the remains of the dough - and they will definitely be, cut out the circles again (smaller in size). And, this time we make flowers - along the edge, again with a knife we ​​make notches, like a "sun", and pinch each segment with our fingers, bending to the bottom.

We put these flowers in the middle of the cake. And already completely from the remnants, we roll up the balls, and put them in flowers - we make the core.

Cover the cake pan with cotton towels and let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Further 1 tbsp. l. Dissolve sugar in 3 tablespoons of water, and gently cover the surface of the cake with this sugar syrup.

We bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. After baking, cover the still uncooled cake with sugar syrup. Cook, taste, bon appetit!
