I have a few secrets on how to cook beef so that the meat melts right in your mouth. I love beef very much, but I never knew how to cook it at all - it always turned out tough. And I'll tell you a secret: no one ate such beef at home)))

But now I have learned to cook so that the meat is soft, tender and juicy. I share the recipe!

My beef always turns out to be soft and juicy, even if I take the meat from the freezer. I will tell you how to cook

Ingredients:

meat
onion
garlic
butter
salt
sugar
vinegar
black peppercorns
water

I usually try to take the neck, hip or shoulder blade. Take 1 kg of beef and cut into pieces across the grain. My pieces are not small, I cut it about 5x5 in size, put the meat in a saucepan, add 50-70 ml of water.

Now cut 2-3 large onions into cubes and place them on top of the meat. The onion should completely cover the beef.

We take 150g of butter, cut into small cubes and put on the onion. There is no need to salt yet. Cover the pot with a lid and place it on the stove. Cook over medium-low heat for about 1 hour, the liquid should boil a little.

As an hour passes, add 3-4 chopped garlic cloves, a few peas of black and allspice, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar 9%, salt to taste into the pan. If you like bay leaves, then you can add it.

Close the lid and simmer for another 1-1.5 hours. Cooking time depends on the meat. But in the end, even meat with large fibers, "sinewy" turns out to be very soft, easily disintegrates and turns out to be so tender and juicy!

Mashed potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, peas and anything else are perfect as a side dish.
