Ingredients:
- sweet pepper - 2-3 pcs.
- cheese - 200 g
- boiled eggs - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- fresh dill (frozen) - bunch
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- fresh parsley - for garnish
Step by step recipe
1. 200 g three cheese on a fine grater.
Here, in a bowl with cheese, three eggs, too, on a fine grater.
2. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic to the cheese with eggs through a press. Add finely chopped dill.
3. Fill the filling with 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.
4. Cut off the top of the peppers and cut out the seed capsule and partitions. Fill the prepared peppers tightly with the cheese filling.
Put the stuffed peppers in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
5. Cut the chilled peppers into portions and put them on a plate. Decorate the appetizer with herbs and serve.
