#chicken Our family loves various chicken dishes. Particular preference is given to dishes of chopped chicken meat (minced meat). Chopped chicken breast schnitzel, or ministerial meat, is similar to chicken chop, but unlike it, it turns out to be more tender and juicy, very tasty and satisfying. Thanks to Tanya Moroz for the inspiration and recipe.
Ingredients: - chicken breast; - chicken egg; - onion; - mayonnaise (sour cream); - potato starch;, dried garlic, turmeric, salt, ground black pepper, vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
Washed and dried chicken breast fillet cut into small pieces.
Chop the onion with a knife or grate and add to the bowl with the breast.
Sprinkle salt, turmeric, dried garlic, ground black pepper to the breast and onion. I added some ground coriander, I love its flavor in fried dishes. Pepper and coriander are usually ground in a hand mill before adding to get a more pronounced spice flavor. Turmeric imparts a beautiful yellowish golden color when roasted.
Pour starch into a bowl.
Add mayonnaise and chicken eggs to the breast.
We mix all the ingredients well and place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator so that the minced meat marinates and the schnitzel turns out to be fragrant and juicy. I had minced meat in the refrigerator overnight.
We heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and lay out the marinated minced meat in the form of a flat schnitzel.
Fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown. Schnitzel is fried very quickly, try not to overcook, so as not to become dry.
Put the finished schnitzel on a paper towel.
Schnitzel can be served with any side dish, vegetables, sauce based on personal preferences. Bon appetit!
