For the first time I tried this salad many years ago at a party with my friend. It would seem that everything is very simple from food to preparation. But this opinion is misleading. The salad is so tasty that it is impossible to drag by the ears, even with an abundance of other dishes at a family feast. Do not hesitate, prepare it on occasion and see for yourself. Not only you will be satisfied, but the guests will definitely ask for a recipe for its preparation, because it was the same with me.

Ingredients:

Canned white beans - 400 g

Champignons - 200 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Salt - optional

Ground black pepper - to taste

Mayonnaise (optional) - 1 tablespoon

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook:

Prepare foods from the list. Peel the onion, wash, dry. Clean fresh champignons with a clean kitchen sponge to remove compost residues.

Open a can of canned white beans. Boil the chicken egg. Boil it for no longer than 10 minutes, then cool, peel.

Heat lean refined oil in a small skillet, put onion, chopped in half rings. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add mushrooms, cut into slices, to the onion, turn the heat down and fry for another 5 minutes.

After a while, remove the pan from the stove, cool its contents.

While the mushrooms and onions are cooling, cut a large pickled cucumber into small cubes, add white beans to it. If the sauce it was in is tasty, add a little of it as well, it will add additional flavor and texture to the finished salad.

Transfer the cooled mushrooms and onions to a bowl of beans.

Then add a chopped, coarsely boiled egg, ground pepper to taste, and, if you like, salt. This is the first version of the salad. Then everything is mixed and served, but! I do add a tablespoon of delicious quality mayonnaise. It gives the dish a completely different flavor and velvety texture.

Toss the salad with the canned white beans and mushrooms so that all ingredients are well seasoned.

Divide into portions and serve. Delicious, nourishing and low-calorie salad turned out.
