Ingredients:
Chicken thighs - 2 pcs.
Potatoes - 600 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 10 g
Lean oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Ground pepper - to taste
Seasoning for meat / vegetables - 1 tsp
Lemon (lime) juice - 2 tablespoons
How to cook:
Step 1 of 7
To cook chicken thighs with potatoes in the oven, prepare all the foods listed. Peel the potatoes, onions and garlic. Then wash all these vegetables under running water along with the thighs, pat dry with paper towels.
Any garlic is suitable - young or in cloves, we need it to give its flavor to the potatoes.

Drizzle the chicken thighs with lemon or lime juice (this can be substituted for white wine vinegar of good quality), sprinkle with coarse sea salt, black pepper and half of the seasoning for meat / vegetables. I really like to have turmeric and saffron in the seasoning, they give the finished dish a very beautiful color.

Cut the potatoes into large pieces and place in a convenient baking sheet.

Sprinkle the potato slices with salt, pepper, and leftover seasoning, and drizzle lightly with delicious vegetable oil.

Stir the potatoes well so that they are completely covered in oil and spices. Place the garlic and chopped onions on top.

Spread the potatoes a little to the sides, place the chicken thighs in the center. Send the mold to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
From time to time, meat and potatoes can be greased with the released juice. After a while, pierce the potato slice with a knife and if it's ready, then the whole dish is ready for serving.

Divide the browned chicken thighs and potatoes into portions and serve with fresh vegetables or homemade pickles.
