This sauce is not quite classic, it does not contain flour and butter, but this does not make it any less tasty. And here it is, great lasagna!

Ingredients: Lasagna sheets, homemade minced meat (I have beef), Bolognese sauce:, ketchup, garlic, onion, dried basil, ground chili pepper - optional, Salt, nutmeg, Bechamel sauce:, kefir (I have 4% matsoni), eggs, hard cheese, Vegetable butter

Cooking method:

Prepare the ingredients: peel the onion, garlic. I have homemade minced meat from freezing - I put it in a pan with heated vegetable oil, added chopped onion, garlic, basil and covered it with a lid. After a few minutes, the minced meat will release juice and turn white - then it can be easily mixed.

Then add ketchup, salt, chili, nutmeg to the minced meat, mix and simmer until the minced meat is ready. For white sauce, mix kefir, eggs and grated cheese on a medium grater.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out a row of lasagne sheets, half the minced meat on them and pour over the white sauce. Another row of sheets, minced meat, white sauce. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes - so that the top is browned.
