Ingredients:

Potatoes - 1 pc.

Champignons - 200 g

Celery - 40 g

Carrots - 60 g

Onions - 40 g

Cream 10% - 100 g

Water - 1 l

Sea salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Parsley - 10 g

Dill - 10 g

Garlic - 1 clove

To make a creamy champignon soup with cream at home, prepare all the ingredients on the list. Onions, potatoes, carrots and garlic must be peeled and then washed with celery and herbs under running water. Mushroom caps can be peeled off.

Pour a liter of clean drinking water into a small saucepan or stewpan, and place the diced vegetables inside: carrots, onions and potatoes. Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes. Pick up foam from time to time.

After the time has elapsed, place a finely chopped celery stalk in a saucepan. Cook the soup for about 5 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, transfer to the broth and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Now season the soup with salt and pepper. Chop both fresh herbs and garlic. Load it all into a saucepan. Cook for no longer than a minute to retain all the aromas.

Use an immersion blender to punch the finished soup until puree. By the way, the more fresh greens you add, the deeper the color of your dish will become: from light green to brown.

Now pour in the cream with a low percentage of fat, stir, return the pan to the stove. Heat the dish without boiling. Try again with salt and pepper.

Pour the prepared creamy mushroom soup with cream into portioned bowls and serve immediately. If desired, each portion of the first course can be garnished with a sprig of parsley or dill and slices of fresh small champignon. If you are on a weight loss diet, then serving such a puree soup would be best with rice or buckwheat bread.
