If you approach your diet rationally, you can lose weight without starving, eating deliciously. And I realized this from my own experience, after many years on all kinds of diets.
Elementary calorie counting helped me get rid of 63 kilograms of excess weight.
The other day, my husband reminded me of a soup with dumplings, which he often ate in childhood. But I have never tried this one. If there are dumplings, then with sour cream, but with butter, I thought.
And now I really loved the idea of the dumplings soup. I ate dumplings and vegetable broth - and even ate! Well, what else do you need for those who like to lose weight deliciously?
I'll tell you how I made the soup.
✅ For cooking, I needed the following products for 3-4 servings:
- 1 small carrot - 75 g
- 1 small onion - 80 g
- 4-5 medium potatoes - 310 g,
- dumplings 20 pcs - 290 g,
- salt, bay leaf and 4-5 allspice peas.
- water 1500 liters.
✅Cooking.
We need to cook vegetable broth.
I chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and send them to boiling salted water.
While onions and carrots are cooked, I cut potatoes into smaller pieces.
As I understand, they even use noodles in this soup, but it seemed to me that it was clearly superfluous in KBZHU.
When the carrots and onions are half cooked, I add the potatoes.
The broth is boiling - I send allspice and bay leaf to the pan.
When the potatoes are almost ready, you can add dumplings.
At the very end, when the dumplings begin to float, add your favorite greens, finely chopped garlic.
Serve with a spoonful of sour cream.
It turns out delicious! And he ate the dumplings, and did not harm the figure😉
