Khinkali with minced chicken

Ingredients: water + milk, salt, sunflower oil, flour, chicken breast, onion, spices

Cooking method:

Finely chop the breast and onion. Add salt, pepper. Take aside.

Pour a little milk, water into a bowl, add salt, a little sunflower oil. Mix everything with your hands. Add flour. Knead the dough. Place in bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. You may or may not clean up. It's up to you.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a circle. Do not roll out too thin, as while the filling is being trusted, the dough may tear.

Put the filling, somewhere 1-2 hours. l., and pinch the edges in a circle, forming khinkali.

Boil water, salt and add a little sunflower oil, throw khinkali constantly stirring, preventing them from lying on the bottom and sticking. Once they boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 7-9 minutes.
