Apple pie "Autumn Waltz"

The time has come fragrant pies, hot tea and warm blankets. Sharing cake recipe for a cozy home in the evening.

Ingredients:

200 gr. flour
150 c. sugar (100 gr. for the test, and 50 gr. For filling)
150 c. butter (100 g. for the test, and 50 gr. For filling)
50 ml of milk
3 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 hours. l. ground cinnamon
3 large apples
1 lemon
icing sugar for decoration
1 h. l. baking powder
0.5 hours. l. ground nutmeg

Preparation:

1. Apples are washed, cut and remove seeds. Clean the fruit is not necessary.

2. Cut the apples into cubes. On top of them to squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Season with sugar and ground cinnamon.

3. Put the apples in a saucepan, add the butter.
Put the dishes on the stove and warm over medium heat to melt the sugar and apples are lightly caramelized.

4. Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar.

5. Sift flour. Then mix with ground nutmeg and vanilla sugar.

6. Remove the zest from half a lemon grater and squeeze out the remains of juice.

7. Melt the butter.

8. Mix the egg mass, butter, milk, lemon juice and zest.

9. Enter an into the liquid mixture to dry. Knead the dough.

If it turns cool - you can pour a little milk or yogurt.

10. Lubricate the form of butter and sprinkle with flour.

11. Fill dough forms.

Top with warm caramelized apples.

12. Bake the cake at 180 degrees 35-40 minutes.

Ready cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Serve the tea.
