Ingredients:
Granular curd - 200 gr.
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Egg - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 30 gr.
Boiling water - 1 liter.
How to cook:
It is best to mix all the ingredients for the dough in a blender container. So the granular curd will turn into a soft curd mass as much as possible, and the finished lazy dumplings will not contain grains. Also, thanks to the blender, the products will combine well with each other.
First of all, load the cottage cheese into the container. If the volume of your bowl does not allow you to place all of its amount, then interrupt in small portions. Then beat one egg into the container.
Turn on the kitchen machine at full power, turn the contents into a smooth curd mass. You may need to turn on the blender in two approaches.
Then add sugar in the required amount. The amount of sweetener can be varied according to personal taste. But, in any case, even ready-made dumplings can always be sweetened by sprinkling them with powdered sugar.
Finally, add 3 tbsp. wheat flour. Turn on the blender again.
As a result, you will get a soft sticky dough, which the machine will already mix with difficulty.
Remove it from the blender bowl and transfer to a deep bowl. Sprinkle 1 more tablespoon of the dough on top. flour. Continue kneading with your hands, forming one piece.
Despite the fact that the dough will still stick to your palms, you do not need to add more flour, otherwise the dumplings will turn out to be hard and clogged.
Sprinkle flour on a large working board. Separate small pieces from the main piece of curd dough and roll into long strips. Flour prevents the ribbons from sticking to the board.
Next, cut the strips into small pieces with a knife. The dumplings can be shaped in any shape.
Load the products into the freezer compartment for 15 minutes to freeze slightly. This will prevent them from sticking to each other during cooking.
Place a pot of water in parallel on the hotplate. Throw the dumplings into the bubbling water, pouring a small amount of salt inside.
Stir them a minute after laying, and after a few more minutes the curd pieces will float to the surface by themselves. After surfacing, cook for 2 minutes, then remove them with a slotted spoon to glass the liquid.
Add hot prepared lazy dumplings with butter and / or sour cream and serve.
