Rice with onions and carrots in the oven. This side dish is not difficult to prepare one, as it turns out much tastier than it boil. It's easy, quick and tasty.

INGREDIENTYRis - 200gr. Water - 400ml. Butter - 20-30r. Onion - 1 piece. Carrots - 1 pc. Sol -1 / 2ch.l. Black pepper - to taste

Garlic on request - 2-3zub

Step by step recipe for cooking

Onion we shall cut cubes, carrots grate on large Tekro. The pan pour a few tablespoons of oil and fry the onion until translucent, add the carrots and fry all together for another couple of minutes. Grease a baking butter I have the size of the pan 20 cm by 25 cm. Put the carrots and onions. Add 200g of washed rice. I parboiled rice. Stir and evenly distributed over the baking sheet. Add 20-30 grams of butter, black pepper, half teaspoon salt. You can add a couple of cloves of garlic. Fill 400ml boiling water. Close the foil and put in preheated oven. Cooking for 35 minutes at 200 degrees, turning off and let stand for 10 minutes. We take out the form, remove the foil and stir.
