Ingredients:
Long grain rice - 150 gr.
Water - 300 ml.
Bulb onions (small) - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Bulgarian pepper - 80 gr.
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Green onions - 30 gr.
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Oregano - a pinch
Black sesame - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
How to cook:

Prepare food.

First of all, boil the rice, it is better to do this in advance so that it completely cools and hardens. Even yesterday's porridge will do. Before cooking, rinse the cereals well, pour into a saucepan, fill with hot water in a double volume. Cook the rice until tender, until all the liquid has evaporated. In the process of cooking, add only light salt to the water, since salty soy sauce will be used later. Do not stir the rice as it will turn out crumbly.

Throw the finished rice on a sieve, rinse with running cold water so that the sticky grains separate from each other. Leave in this position to cool.

In the meantime, prepare the vegetables - wash and dry. Peel the onion and chop finely. Not very much is needed, you can take half the head or one small copy. Pepper seeds, trim into strips. Remove the film from the cloves of garlic, chop them finely with a knife.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in 2 tablespoons of oil, after heating, transfer the completely cooled rice. Fry for about 20 minutes until it is well done and has a fried crust in some places. Keep the fire at an average level.

After that, slide the rice to one side, pour another spoonful of oil into the empty space and add the garlic slices. Fry the garlic lightly, separately from the vegetables, for a distinct smell.

Then add the rest of the vegetables and fry them with the garlic until soft. At the same time, do not slide the rice towards them, otherwise they will not fry properly.

Drive the eggs into a deep bowl, chop them with a whisk.

When one side of the omelet has grabbed, begin stirring frequently with a spatula to create separate, fluffy pieces.
