Make a quick sausage patty. Such pies can be given to children to school, taken on the road or prepared as a quick snack. They are delicious hot and cold. Cook with me!

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil, put on fire and bring to a boil, and then remove from heat.

Pour hot liquid into the sifted flour in a thin stream and stir immediately with a spoon.

Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead by hand. The dough is very pliable and soft, does not stick to hands.

Divide the finished warm dough into even parts and form 10 balls.

Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin, wrap the edges and lay out the filling.

For the filling, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, it is better to boil the sausage first. Form a patty.

Transfer the pies to a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil. In a bowl, shake the egg and grease the pies on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, it will be tastier, but you can do without it.

Send to bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove the ruddy pies from the oven and serve.

Sausage pies cook quickly, the dough is thin and crispy, and fly off the table with lightning speed.

Ingredients for the filling:

Sausages 10 pcs. (can be pre-boiled)
Hard cheese 100g

Ingredients for the dough:

Water 1 glass (250ml)
Flour 2 cups
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 80g
