Ingredients:
Cabbage 1 kg
3 Carrot pieces (250g)
Onions 2 pieces (250g)
Salt 1ch.l. with slide
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
Vegetable oil 100ml

Cabbage can be of different varieties. Select a juicy cabbage for cooking, she quickly prepared and much tastier.
Cabbage chop with a knife or rub on a special grater.
Add salt and sugar, stir, and then grind hands. Cabbage will be softer and juicier.

Finely chop the onion, sauté in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
Carrots grate and add to the onions in the pan, fry all together a couple of minutes.

Add the cabbage to the onions and carrots, stir and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can cover the pan lid.
If you do not cabbage was juicy and will be burnt during frying, add 100ml water.
Who loves cabbage for stuffing sour, you can add 100 grams of sauerkraut during frying.
