Preparation
Poured dry sage powder into a jar boiled with boiling water, poured hot water (up to 80 degrees), covered lid, put a woolen mitten or a hot-water bottle on the jar and let it brew for 2 hours (you can brew in thermos). The infusion is ready and you can add it to your tea! (1-2 times a day will be enough for a start). Have a nice tea, friends!
