If you decide to cook a quick and simple dish without problems, pork ribs in the oven in the sleeve will be a great option. For cooking, you just need to fold all the products into the sleeve, send it to the oven and that's it. Then you can drink tea and relax, and after 40 minutes, serve a gorgeous dish to the table.

If you do not want to stop at the minimum - vegetables and meat, then you can prepare a marinade. Its components can be very diverse, it all depends on your taste. Alternatively, you can marinate the ribs in soy sauce, mustard, add chili and a little honey - it will work out great! You can serve ribs with sauce, vegetables, herbs.

Ingredients:

Pork ribs - 400 g

Thyme - 4 branches

Young carrots - 4 pcs.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Salt, pepper - to taste

Spices for meat - 0.5 tsp

Description of the cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.

2. The ribs should be fleshy, with a small amount of fat. Rinse them under running water, then dry well with kitchen paper towels. Cut into portions. If you decide to use a marinade, cook it and pour over the ribs, leave it alone for an hour.

3. Wash the carrots well with a stiff brush and dry. Prepare a couple of cloves of garlic - peel and rinse.

4. Peel and rinse onions, cut into half rings. Grinding with slicing is not worth it - the larger you cut vegetables, the tastier it will be as a result.

5. Warm up the oven well, set the temperature to 180 degrees. Place vegetables and meat in a roasting sleeve, add thyme sprigs there. If you wish, you can add a little rosemary - but it's not for everybody. Add spices and season everything with salt and ground black pepper. Tie the sleeve hermetically on both sides, transfer it to a baking sheet and send to the oven. Bake for 40 minutes, then open the sleeve and brown the meat for another 5-10 minutes.

6. Transfer the finished ribs with vegetables to a plate and serve.
