Autumn. An abundance of zucchini! What to do with it!? Cooking zucchini in a new way!
We make spaghetti out of them that contribute to weight loss (an alternative to the usual ones, from which it spreads like a cat that "does not climb through the gate"!)
Ingredients:
1. Zucchini - 1 piece
2. Turmeric - a pinch
3. Salt to taste
4. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic - 1 clove
6. Flaxseed oil - 1 tsp
Preparation
We took a zucchini, washed, rubbed and dissolved it with a slicer (or vegetable razor) into long strips (spaghetins), the middle with seeds to the side. You can dissolve with the peel, or without it. All this is done very quickly and easily (one-two and done!)
We put our "spaghetti" on a plate. Salted, pepper, sprinkled with garlic (grated on a small mini grater), poured with soy sauce (without glutamate) and butter, mixed and ready (this is raw spaghetti).
It will be much tastier if you add homemade mayonnaise or some vegan sauce to these raw spaghetti.
You can make pesto sauce. It is done very simply.
Vegan pesto sauce recipe. We throw a bunch of green basil into a blender container, add a couple of garlic cloves, a little olive oil, salt, juice of half a lemon, and a handful of pine nuts. Grind for about a minute. The sauce is ready. Combine spaghetti and sauce in a plate and enjoy!
If you want, you can dry the zucchini "snakes" in this way in a vegetable dryer (peel and pulp) and in winter toss soups into your miso! Or you can add grated carrots, onions and fry like ordinary spaghetti (everything is just a little more useful than flour pasta).
Now we know another interesting way to cook delicious zucchini. Bon appetit, friends! :) Sometimes it is useful to "deceive yourself" by replacing a harmful product with a useful analogue.
