Rich cake with delicious fillings like both adults and children. Proven!
Ingredients:
15 gr. dry yeast
100ml milk
Article 0.5. sour cream
1 h. l. Sahara
0.5 hours. l. salt
egg
Article 2.5. flour
150 c. hard cheese
100 gr. smoked sausages
2 hours. l. dried vegetables and herbs
vegetable oil
Flour - 2-2.5 stack.
Preparation:
1. Warm up half the milk until warm.
Mix the milk with the yeast and the sugar, salt and sour cream.
Leave on for 10 minutes in a warm place to yeast alive.
2. Pour into a bowl and pour the sifted flour into it liquid sponge, followed by vegetable oil.
Start kneading the dough in the bowl, and then put on the table and continue to knead it for at least 10 minutes.
Cover the dough with a clean towel and leave to rise.
3. The finished dough roll out the layer thickness of 0.3-0.5 cm.
4. Cut the ham or sausage sticks. Cheese rub on a grater.
5. Put on the dough smooth evenly sausage and cheese. Sprinkle with dried vegetables, herbs, or any spices.
6. Dough directly from the filling, cut into rectangular beds of the same size.
Hide from them tight rolls.
7. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. You can sprinkle the semolina or breadcrumbs.
Put rolls in shape so that they formed a circle in an orderly manner.
Put the form with the future of cakes in a warm place for 30 minutes for proofing.
8. Beat the egg and lubricate them cake.
You can sprinkle the cake top with sesame seeds and poppy. But uh it wishes.
9. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake the pie therein for 30-40 minutes. Until a beautiful crust.
10. Ready to get the cake out of the oven.
Carefully release it from the mold on the towel and allow to rest at room temperature.
Serve the cake to the table in a warm or cold.
